Please note our RV Park is open seasonally, typically from the second week of April through the second week of October. RV Park Guests get to enjoy many of the same amenities as our Hotel Guests. The Empress/ Hollywood casino has give me more than I could have possibly imange. Our spacious RV Park features Back-In and Pull-Through lots. Even though we was short staffed we always pulled together to get the job done. They made my job fun and enjoyable and we always complimented each other on or meals our ability to help others and we always cared about putting out the best food possible to make out customers happy. I had Sous Chefs who gave me so much incouragment and praise for my work habit and my love for cooking and making things from scratch. My day at work was fun, I couldn't wait to start work just to cook because I have such a passion for it. I work so many outlets in my time there and it gave me so much knowledge and undersstanding of the food industry. I learn how to be creative with recipes and learn about certain foods that I never worked with before. I learned a lot about saftey and sanitation and food illness and I made a lot of friends that I considered my family. I learned a lot during my 17 years of service. I started at the casino when it was called Empress.
